KATHMANDU, March 25: The government has relieved Kulman Ghising from his position as the Executive Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).
Highly-placed government sources confirmed that the decision was made during the cabinet meeting held on Monday evening.
Ghising was reappointed as NEA’s Executive Director on August 9, 2021, marking his second term in the role.
The cabinet meeting has decided to appoint Hitendra Dev Shakya as the Executive Director of the NEA.
