CPN (US) unveils local level election menifesto

Kathmandu, April 19: CPN (Unified Socialist) Party has made public the manifesto for the local level election.

Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal unveiled the manifesto of the local level election at a program organized at the City Hall on Tuesday.

The declaration states that up to 200 units of electricity will be provided free of cost to the general public.

The 47-page long local level election manifesto states that free drinking water, well-equipped libraries in every municipality, garbage management, a special plan for the protection of water resources, a conflict relief assistance program, and health will be the first priority of the local government budget.
