Kathmandu, Aug 31: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has attended the reception ceremony hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping in honour of the leaders of the countries participating in the SCO Plus Summit in Tianjin, China, according to the secretariat of the PM.
