
Kathmandu, Aug 27: The number of people who died in the Tuesday’s devastating Bhotekoshi flood reached 389.
Three hundred and thirty-six people affected by the flood have been airlifted.
According to Nepali Army spokesperson Rajaram Basnet, in coordination with about 4,000 Nepali Army personnel, efforts are on to search and rescue the injured, provide emergency treatment, and distribute relief.
These many people along with 45 foreigners from six countries have been rescued since this morning from Timure, Dhunche, and Mailung area in Rasuwa.(RSS)
