State-3 Assembly has passed the proposal of naming the State as ‘Bagmati State’, with full majority of votes.
All 108 members present in the voting held today at Hetauda endorsed the the proposal put forth by Chief Minister Dor Mani Poudel.
Proposal of naming State-3 as Bagmati State was filed at the State Assembly on Saturday, after the all-party meeting decided to present only one proposal for the same.
