Kathmandu, Apr. 24: Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed a new COVID-19 case in Jhapa.
A 62-year old male from Jhapa tested COVID-19 positive in PCR test done at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS), Dharan, informed MoHP.
The health condition of the patient is normal and he has been kept in isolation.
With this, number of COVID-19 patients in Nepal has reached 49.
