Health Ministry Confirms 226 New COVID-19 Cases, Caseload Hits 1,798

Kathmandu, Jun. 1: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed 226 new COVID-19 cases today.

As many as 226 persons, including 213 male and 13 female were detected with COVID-19 infection in the last 24 hours, informed Dr Bikash Devkota, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press brief today.

With this, the national COVID-19 tally has reached 1,798, including 222 cases of recovery and eight death cases.
