Seven Succumb To COVID-19, Death Toll Reaches 390

Kathmandu, Sept. 18: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Friday confirmed seven COVID-19 related deaths.

Seven persons, two females and five males, succumbed to the virus infection in the last 24 hours, revealed the daily report released by the MoHP today.

Two 66-year-old males of Morang, an 85-year-old female and an 88-year-old male of Kathmandu, an 82-year-old male of Bhaktapur, a 66-year-old female of Lalitpur and a 31-year-old male of Nawalparasi (East), who were infected with the novel coronavirus, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.

With this, the COVID-19 death toll of Nepal has reached 390 and the death rate stands at o. 63 per cent.
