Federal Parliament Sessions Prorogued

Kathmandu, Oct. 29: Sessions of both the houses of the federal parliament have been prorogued.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari announced the ending of the sessions of the houses as per Article 93 (2) of the constitution on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers from today midnight.

Dr. Bharat Raj Gautam, general secretary of the federal parliament, issued a notice on Friday informing that the sessions of the federal parliament have been prorogued.
