Kathmandu, Dec. 25: The Supreme Court has selected five judges in the constitutional bench to hear all the writ petitions against the dissolution of the lower house of Federal Parliament.
Chief Justice Cholendra ShumsherJB Rana, justices Hari Krishna Karki, Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Anil Kumar Sinha, and Tej Bahadur KC will now be hearing the writs against the Prime Minister’s decision to dissolve the House of Representatives.
On Wednesday, Chief Justice had referred all 12 writs to the constitutional bench.
