Kathmandu, Aug. 16: The summer session of the Federal Parliament, the House of Representatives and the National Assembly, has been prorogued.
President Bidya Bhandari as per the recommendation of the Council of Ministers ended the summer session to be effective from today midnight.
The session had started on July 18 following the reinstatement of the House of Representatives by a Supreme Court verdict.
