Kathmandu, August 1: Koshi Province’s Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Leader Uddhav Thapa has been elected as Chief Minister of the province.
Koshi Province Chief Parshuram Khapung appointed Uddhav Thapa of the Koshi Province following the constitution’s Article 168 (2) today.
Thapa appointed CM with the support of 47 Members of the Provincial Assembly from the Nepali Congress, CPN (Unified Socialists) and Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP).
