Kathmandu, July 19: Nepal defeated the UAE by 6 wickets in the first match of the MCC Women’s Asia Cup.
The UAE which did bating against Nepal in the first place had set a target of 116 runs for Nepal, which Nepal met in 17.1 overs with 118 runs, in the match held today at Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka.
Samjhana Khadka of Nepal made her first international half-century by making 72 runs. She made the half-century with 11 fours.
