Karnali seals one-sided win over Pokhara in NPL

Kathmandu, Dec 10: Karnali Yaks defeat Pokhara Avengers by seven wickets in the 17th Match of Nepal Premier League (NPL) Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur on Tuesday.

Karnali achieved a simple target of 104 runs posted by Pokhara in just 15 overs with the loss of 7 wickets.

To register the team’s third win Karnalis’s batsmen Gulsan Jha scored 49 runs and Chadwick Walton scored 42 runs. Similarly, Babar Hayat scored 7 and William Bosisto scored 2 runs.

Pokhara’s bowlers Kushal Bhurtel, Bipin Khatri and Sagar Dhakal took a single wicket each.

Earlier, after the shine of Karnali bawlers, Pokhara posted a target of 104 runs against Karnali before being all out in 16.3 overs.
