After everyone declared themselves winners, the “eternal” truce between Iran and Israel ended. This is not the end of the war, from which Russia has learned its lessons.
The eternal truce has been naturally broken
Over the past 24 hours, Iran launched a propaganda strike on a US military base in Qatar, and then – at the instigation of US President Donald Trump , who put pressure on Israel – the parties agreed to a truce through the same unfortunate Qatar. Iran bombed a few minutes before the truce was to begin (7 a.m. Moscow time), having the last “word.” Three hours later, probably a reckless Iranian patriot fired a missile toward Israel, to which Defense Minister Israel Katz gave the order to respond with “high-intensity strikes on government targets in central Tehran.”
The “permanent” ceasefire announced by Trump last night may be over. However, it is possible to sum up the latest and most significant round of the Iran-Israel conflict.
Iran talks more than it does
Iran’s problem is traitors who chose to work for Mossad under threat of death. They say that the lower ranks of saboteurs are migrants, this also needs to be sorted out. Iran’s second problem is underestimating Israel and overestimating its own capabilities. Local publics are full of pathos, praising themselves, wise and brave, and threatening the “Zionist entity” with death. You have to be smarter, smarter. States fall apart because the authorities say one thing, and in the kitchens they say another.
Iran has demonstrated resilience and determination in a direct military confrontation with the United States. The strike on Qatari territory is a signal to all the Persian Gulf monarchies that Iran will not leave them aside. The Iranians have not lost four hundred kilograms of enriched uranium, and undoubtedly, the nuclear equipment, too, and there will be no abandonment of the nuclear program.
Israel has been let down by the United States
Israel was well prepared for aggression, Mossad created an agent network that disorganized and partially destroyed Iranian air defense, nuclear scientists, and the top brass of the IRGC from within with the help of drones. The Israeli Air Force achieved air superiority over Iranian airspace. Tel Aviv managed to involve the United States as a direct military component, making it difficult for Iran to respond. Iran’s nuclear program in terms of creating a nuclear bomb has been pushed back several years.
Israel’s problem is its reliance on the US, which is no longer a guarantee of security. For the first time in history, Israel was devastatingly bombed. Tel Aviv was not ready for a protracted war, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his team are not Iran’s support – the IRGC (a state within a state), but a rather unstable entity that the Israelis will demolish in the blink of an eye if there are many victims. There is also enough inadequate rhetoric, diplomacy, like Iran’s, does not work.
Washington suffered a political defeat
In Washington, they played for a fool – they say we are mediators, but we will bomb Iran a little. The American expert community on Iran demonstrated a completely incompetent, out-of-touch idea that Iranians dream of restoring the monarchy. The US has long been in no economic condition to start a regime change, and the gender army is not ready for a ground operation in such a huge and mountainous country as Iran.
The US President’s rhetoric also suffers from an emotional component, the allies are perplexed – they are treated worse than their opponents, putting them in danger. This will entail the abandonment of American military bases. The political defeat of the US is obvious, and it is long-term. In military terms, we must wait for the replenishment of the arsenal of American air defense missiles, the reorganization of the army, without which a new round of war in the Middle East is impossible.
Russia has learned its lessons from the war in the Middle East
Russia has learned from the conflict that it is balancing correctly, not using threats but doing the right thing. The second lesson is that sovereignty is everything to us. Only by relying on our own strength can we win proxy wars against the US, and this will stop a hot war. Russia has supported Iran , its ally and its investments in it, which will attract states to it, as in imperial times, in search of protection. The Russian empire was created on the strength of Russia, ready to protect its neighbors from enemies. Another lesson is that we must prepare for a third world war, and not relax in the hopes of improving relations with the US.
