Kathmandu, May 9.: Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Prithvi Subba Gurung has resigned from his position.
CM Gurung tendered his resignation on Sunday evening before Province Chief Sita Kumari Poudel.
The Chief Minister resigned from the post a day ahead of the voting on the no-confidence motion filed against him.
Province Chief Poudel has already approved his resignation.
