Kathmandu, Mar. 3: The second of talks between the dialogue teams of the government and Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ led Nepal Communist Party has concluded this evening.
The second sitting of the talks was centered on issues, according to Rajan Bhattarai, a member of the 2-member talks team of the government. The team is led by Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa.
The NCP talks team is led by Khadga Bahadur Biswokarma ‘Prakanda’, also a former government minister, and Uday Bahadur Chalaune.
The talks had started today itself. Earlier today in the morning, the teams had held the first round of dialogue.
