Kathmandu, Mar. 29: China Monday handed over ‘Vero cell’ vaccine to Nepal amidst a function organised at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hou Yanqi handed over the 800,000 doses of Vero cell vaccine to Minister for Health and Population Hridayesh Tripathi.
Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson at the MoHP, informed that the vaccine was provided by China under grant assistance.
