Eight People Dead In Ghandruk Jeep Accident

By Hom Raj Ranabhat, Pokhara, Oct. 11: At least eight people have been killed in a jeep accident at Ghandruk in Kaski district.

There were 10 passengers in the ill-fated jeep with registration number Ga 1 Ja 6900 which met an accident at Kalibheer of Ghandruk.

Nara Bahadur KC, Superintendent of Police at the Gandaki Province Police Office, informed that there were 10 passengers in the jeep and that one, who was hanging in the cliff, was rescued.

The jeep is said to have fallen off the road into the Madi River.
